Welcome to the Shadowridge Owners' Association home page. Shadowridge is an exclusive Master Development located in the beautiful city of Vista, California, 35 miles north of the city of San Diego, and 8 miles inland from the blue waters of the Pacific. This exceptional community consists of 2,100 single family homes, 400 condominiums, and 1,500 apartments which make up the 27 sub-associations and neighborhoods within Shadowridge. Each of these entities has its own unique character and style. In addition, there are three commercial plazas that support the 10,000 residents. The 550 acres of Shadowridge have grown and matured over the years to become one of the most beautiful and desirable communities in the north San Diego County area.



Shadowridge Owners' Association offers its residents many amenities including a recreational vehicle storage lot which is available to residents for a monthly fee; many large and pristine parks featuring tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, picnic areas, ponds, and walking trails. An independently-owned and operated golf course and country club is centrally located within Shadowridge and provides aesthetic and social benefits to our residents.
